Posts new offboarding requests with a link to review them in PurpletGo (Team plan and up).
Answers status <email> through a Teams outgoing webhook, after verifying the request signature.
Sends a test message on demand.

What you need

A Teams incoming webhook URL (or Power Automate Workflows webhook) for the channel.
For status commands: your Microsoft Entra tenant ID and the security token Teams shows when you create an outgoing webhook.

Set up Microsoft Teams in PurpletGo

In the Teams channel, add an incoming webhook and copy its URL.

In PurpletGo, open Integrations, find Microsoft Teams, click Connect, paste the URL, and confirm your password.

For status commands, create an outgoing webhook in the team with the callback URL shown in PurpletGo, then add the tenant ID and security token under Configure.

Click Test to send a test message.

Good to know

Approvals are not done in Teams. Approve and reject commands reply with a link to PurpletGo.
To remove Teams access, connect Microsoft 365 / Azure AD, which disables the account.
