What it does
What PurpletGo does in Gusto
Import employees from Gusto and open offboardings automatically when a termination is recorded.
- Imports your employee directory when you connect, again every night at 03:00 UTC, and whenever an admin clicks Sync Now.
- Opens an offboarding automatically for anyone marked as terminated who does not already have one in progress, and notifies your admins.
- Records each automatically opened offboarding in the audit log.

- Your Gusto company ID.
- A Gusto API token.

Open Integrations, find HRIS Sync, click Connect, and choose Gusto.

Enter your company ID and API token, and confirm your password.

- One HR system can be connected at a time.
- Offboardings the sync opens use the termination date from your HR system as the exit date. If the HR system has no date, the day of the sync is used, so check it.
