What PurpletGo does in Freshdesk

Create Freshdesk tickets for access revocation, deprovisioning, and equipment return automatically as an offboarding moves through its stages.

When an offboarding reaches the IT revocation stage, creates an access revocation ticket listing the apps to revoke, and an account deprovisioning ticket.
When the offboarding reaches asset recovery, creates an equipment return ticket.
Stores each ticket link on the offboarding.
When your helpdesk reports a ticket resolved through its webhook, marks it resolved in PurpletGo and completes matching IT checklist tasks once all tickets are done.

Open Integrations, find IT Tickets, click Connect, and choose Freshdesk.

Enter your Freshdesk URL, API key, and requester email, and confirm your password.

Copy the webhook URL into a Freshdesk automation that posts the ticket status.

PurpletGo does not close tickets in your helpdesk; your team resolves them there as usual.
One ticketing system is used per organisation.
