Set up Dropbox Sign in PurpletGo
- 1
Open Integrations, find Dropbox Sign, click Connect, paste your API key, and confirm your password.
- 2
PurpletGo sets your account callback URL so status events arrive. If it cannot, it shows the URL to set in Dropbox Sign.
- 3
Send documents for signature from the Compliance page.
Good to know
- Each request has one signer, the departing employee.
- Setting the callback replaces any account callback URL you already use in Dropbox Sign.
Why this matters
Smaller teams that don't need a dedicated enterprise e-signature contract still need a legally binding, trackable way to get exit paperwork signed - not an email attachment.
