What it does

What PurpletGo does in DocuSign

Send NDAs and exit documents for signature through DocuSign from the offboarding, and track their status automatically. This integration is in beta.

Sends a document attached to an offboarding to the departing employee as a DocuSign envelope.
Updates the document status (signed, declined, or cancelled) from DocuSign Connect, and refreshes it on demand.
Cancels pending requests by voiding the envelope.
Records each signature request and cancellation in the audit log.

2
Copy the signing secret and webhook URL PurpletGo shows into DocuSign Connect.
3
Send documents for signature from the Compliance page.

An unsigned NDA or exit agreement is a real legal exposure - chasing signatures by hand is exactly where they get forgotten during a busy departure.
