Setup

Set up JumpCloud in PurpletGo

  1. 1

In the JumpCloud Admin Console, copy an Administrator API key from API Settings.

  2. 2

In PurpletGo, open Integrations, find JumpCloud, and click Connect.

  3. 3

Paste the API key and confirm your password.

Good to know

  • JumpCloud's API cannot end sessions that are already open, so suspension blocks new logins only.
  • Multi-tenant (MSP) JumpCloud accounts are not supported.

Why this matters

JumpCloud often controls both device-level and app-level access, so a delayed suspension can leave a former employee logged into a company laptop as well as every cloud app tied to it.
