PurpletGo + EasyPost
30-day free trial - no credit card required
The EasyPost integration is in beta. Confirm results in EasyPost after using it, and contact us if anything looks wrong.
What it does
What PurpletGo does in EasyPost
Track a return shipment on your own EasyPost account instead of shared carrier credentials.
- Watches a tracking number you already created with the carrier, and records the status, the scan history and the estimated delivery date.
- Covers FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS through one credential, plus carriers PurpletGo has no client for, such as Canada Post, Royal Mail, PostNL, DPD and Evri.
What you need
- An EasyPost API key from the EasyPost dashboard.

Set up EasyPost in PurpletGo
- 1
Open Integrations, find Shipping and tracking, and click Connect.
- 2
Paste your EasyPost API key and confirm your password.
Good to know
- Tracking only. Nothing here buys postage or creates a label.
- The shipment is booked with the carrier first; EasyPost is then asked to watch it.
Why this matters
Equipment return is the step most likely to go quiet, and a tracking number nobody is watching is the same as no tracking number at all.
